Cancellation and Refund Policy 

1. Subscription Programs & Course Access

 

The Halcyon Academy operates on a flexible, month-to-month subscription model for continuous course access unless it is a one-time-payment course.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted through your student portal at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for the current month's subscription. If you cancel your membership, you will retain full access to the course materials until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once the billing cycle concludes, your access will be revoked, and no further charges will be applied.

2. Digital Products, Instant Downloads and One-time-payment Courses

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital products (including but not limited to workbooks, audio masterclasses, and blueprint PDFs), all sales are final.

  • Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is generated, we cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • If you experience any technical difficulties in downloading or accessing your purchased files, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase, and we will ensure you receive your materials promptly.

For one-time-payment courses that have lifetime access, once the payment is done, you get access to the course, thus fulfilling the required service. And thus, we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or returns for these.

3. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks and Intellectual Property

By acquiring any asset from The Halcyon Academy, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a license for personal use and agree to these established terms.

  • Chargeback Protocol: Any attempt to circumvent this policy via illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes—outside of the terms explicitly stated here—will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your association with the Academy.

  • Legal Standing: We reserve the right to defend the integrity of our intellectual property and financial standing against any bad-faith disputes.

4. Payment Discrepancies & Failed Transactions

In the event that a transaction is marked as "Failed" on the Academy portal, yet funds have been debited from your financial institution, please remain in a state of composure. This is typically a synchronization latency between your bank and the payment gateway.

  • Automated Reconciliation: In most instances, the payment gateway or your bank will identify the discrepancy and issue an automatic reversal within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Verification Protocol: If the funds are not restored within this window, please contact our support team with your Transaction ID and a screenshot of the debit notification.

  • Provision of Access: Please note that access to Academy resources and the Divine Feminine Bundle is granted only upon the successful "Settled" status of a payment. If the Academy has not received the funds, we cannot manually grant access; however, we will provide all necessary documentation to help you resolve the matter with your bank.
